La Pedrera Gaudi

After the Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà or "la  Pedrera" as it is often called, is probably Gaudi's second most popular building in Barcelona.

 

Casa Milà covers an area of more than 100 square meters and includes two large circular patios, so that almost every part of the house gets its share of sunlight.

 

It is constructed entirely in natural stones, and lacking all the colors and ornamentation design. Maybe one of the most interesting places of the whole complex is the rooftop: here you can find a large ensemble of surrealistic chimneys all looking different and like sculptures standing there alone or in small groups, dominating the rooftop.

Je suis restée en extase devant ce chez d'oeuvre avant gardiste ,de ce génie visionnaire qu'était cet architecte ; La terrasse est extraordinaire avec ses cheninées et ses tours de ventilation insolites incrustées de petits carreaux cassés; L'appart d'epoque avec son mobilier art nouveau de gaudi, les elements décoratifs de l'epoque reflete bien la vie de la bourgeoisie; je conseille à tous de visiter la PEDRERA

Je suis restée en extase devant ce chez d'oeuvre avant gardiste ,de ce génie visionnaire qu'était cet architecte ; La terrasse est extraordinaire avec ses cheninées et ses tours de ventilation insolites incrustées de petits carreaux cassés; L'appart d'epoque avec son mobilier art nouveau de gaudi, les elements décoratifs de l'epoque reflete bien la vie de la bourgeoisie; je conseille à tous de visiter la PEDRERA

Pour moi sans hésiter c'est la Casa Mila. Tout y est intéressant. Du toit magnifique aux anciens appartements et à son musée. Génial comme son concepteur.

Non ho visitato l'interno della Pedrera perchè mi aspettavo il prezzo indicato su questo sito e non i 14 € richiesti all'ingresso. Come mai?

Semplicemente emozionante vedere questa costruzione!!! è bellissima e ogni particolare è geniale. Non ho avuto l'occasione di visitare l'interno, ma mi sono ripromessa di ritornare a Barcellona che è una città splendida e ben organizzata.
Consiglio a tutti di farci una sosta ma non meno di una settimana. Ci sono troppe cose da vedere in 2 giorni. Un saluto a tutti quelli che mi leggono.

La Casa Milà et une oeuvre d'art qui a été construit par Antoni Gaudi.
Il a fallut 6 ans pour la construire.
Cette Casa Milà à été construite pour la famille mila d'ou son nom.
Il y a 150 fenetres et 7 étages.
A chaque étages il y a des balcons d'ou les barreaux sont construit a partir des tas de féraille.
Cela ne se vesait d'alleuir pas a l'epoque à demains pour la suite.

je viens de faire un voyage a barcelone et j'ai visité pleins de choses fait par Gaudi et c'est le batiment qui ma le plus plu. C'est vraiment extraordinaire, le fait de pouvoir aller sur la terrasse pour admirer une superbe vue sur la ville. Si un jour vous aver l'occasion d'aller a Barcelone, c'est une visite a faire

unica meravigliosa fonte di genialità simbolicasotto tutele sue forme. l'indicazione della via : i sette camini cavalieri indicano la costellazione del leone: la luce, il fuoco. ogni elemento non è solo fonte di ricerca tecnica architettonica ma è l'indicazione esatta del cambiamento da vivere e cogliere subito, al fine del compimento del bene. Una meraviglia completa per ragione anima cuore, chi la coglie vede oltre la materia e completa la "Sagrada", questa è la funzione, questo il messaggio.

mon mari a participe au ravalement de la façade de la pedrera en 1987 ou 1988 c'est une entreprise française qui a ete choisie par le biais d'une boite catalane une sacre experience .....une grue ppm de 40 tonnes qui s'installe sur le trottoir apres avoir traverse la ville .....sablage a sec pour proteger la pierre pas d'echaffaudage pour la securite tout etait pense et bien pense

a mi me parece muy bien todo, pero en la pagina de web podrían ayudar un poco con los precios. No hay nada comentario lo que indica los precios y , entradas, horarios, etc....
En el futuro me gustaría leer de estas cosas tambien...

this is a must see place, the architect was so ahead of his time. this building is on plaza de gracia at the northern end of la rambla. nearest metro station is diagonal.
yo really must see it to appreciate it in all its glory. the natural materials and rustic sort of unfinished look of this building will allow you to get a truer understanding of the not so glamorous side to Gaudi's work.

la pedrera est un lieu a visiter le voir de pres c'est magnifique. gaudi a passer des annees sur ce sujet

Io sono stata a Barcellona 2 anni fa e quest anno finalmente ci ritorno!!

Tra i luoghi che ho visitato rientra Casa Milà davvero notevole...anche all'interno..semplicemente geniale...come il suo autore: Antoni Gaudì!

Se andate a Barcellona fermatevi a visitarla ne vale davvero la pena!

This sounds like a really nice place to visit. I would like to go to Barcelona someday, and I may just visit Casa Mila.
