This fully equipped appartment (50 M2) is situated in a traditional, cosy square in the heart of El Born, where guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch in one of the outdoor terraced cafes or restaurants.....

The Tapies apartment is in the heart of the very trendy el Born area; with lots of one of a kind boutiques, fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and shops ... the guest staying at the Tapies will not need to go far.....The appartment is located in the centre of the old town of Barcelona, in a pedestrian square "Las Ollas" close to most points of interest like museums and other cultural entertainment. El Born (also known as La Ribera), one of the best districts of the city, is the most happening neighborhood and one of the nicest in Barcelona.
Only a 5 mins to Gothic Quarter,Ciutadella Park is 4 min walk and the Picasso Museum is only 2 mins from the apartment; another short 10-15 minute walk to the beach... the best of both worlds..
The guests staying at this delightful apartment will not be disappointed...
The Apartment;
The Tapies apartment is a one bedroom apartment, in a great location and easy access to all areas of interest...
The bedroom has one double bed (140 x190) and if the guest prefers it can be seperated into two single beds; with ample wardrobe space for all the guests belongings... The living room is a welcoming, warm area ith lovely hardwood floor, where the guests can sit back and relax has 2 single sofa beds,(90 x 200) for 2 additional guests.
The appartment has air-conditionings so guests will be comfortable during the hot summer months... the lovely kitchen is equipped so guests can prepare meals should they wish to... kitchen comes with fridge, a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, a squeezer for orange juice, a tea pot, a complete table service, etc. You will also find sugar, salt, oil, coffee, tea, napkins, cleaning products, etc... when you arrive.
The bathroom is modern and comes with a bath/shower unit, WC, sink, etc and comes with fresh towels, ready for use upon arrival...
PLEASE NOTE, this apartment does not come with a washing machine...
There is a public parking lot within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment.
This cot can also provide a cot for the really small guests...
