A cute apartment in heart of Eixample.
The Rosa III apartment is a cute loft style 1 bedroom apartment, located on Paseo San Joan, one of the grander streets in Barcelona. With lots of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the old town of Barcelona has to offer.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Rosa III apartment is located in a more residential area of Barcelona, which is known as the Eixmaple. This area is known for it's modernista architecture, with such wonderful examples as the Batló and Pedrera houses, the famous Gaudí houses not far from the apartment.... Still within easy access of all areas of interest, like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, and nearest of all, Paseo de Gracia and El Borne, this area is considered to be central just not the heart of the Ciutat Vella. Not far from the apartment are Plaza de Tetuan and the imposing modernist Arc de Triomf with its unusual Islamic-style brickwork. The apartment offers a quiet reprive from the bustling and very busy Las Ramblas but is close enough for guests to walk the ten to 15 minutes to where the action is.
The apartment:
The Rosa III apartment has been recently refurbished while maintaining the original charm of it's 19th century origins. This is mainly evident in the fantastic original mosaic tiling detail to be found throughout the apartment.
This lovely loft can sleep up to four people; as can be seen in the photographs above there is a double bed which comes with a mezzanine level where the 3rd and 4th guests can sleep. This area comes with ample wardrobe space for all the guests belongins....
From this area, through an archway, the guest can access the living area; this is very pleasant with lots of natural light which makes it bright and sunny and a great place to sit and relax before heading off to discover the many delights Barcelona has to offer....
From here you can access the kitchen and dining area which although not completely cut off, give the feeling of being seperate from the rest of the apartment. The Rosa III apartment is bright and cheery and has lots of natural light making it a very welcoming and comfortable apartment to stay in during your visit to Barcelona.
The kitchen comes with all mod cons to ensure the guest can prepare any sort of meal they like...
The bathroom is fresh and simple in look and comes with shower, sinke, toilet, etc.. and fresh towels, ready for use upon arrival..
