A cute apartment with a terrace!! in Barcelona.
The Rosa I is a quiet apartment located on one of Barcelonas grander streets, Paseo san Joan. A really great feature of this apartment is the terrace, for the sole use of the guests staying at the Rosa I apartment. With bars, clubs and hundreds of restaurants not far from the doorstep of this apartment, you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the old town of Barcelona has to offer. A holiday stay at this convenient accommodation will make you adventures around Barcelona easy to plan.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Rosa I apartment is located just at the edge of the old city in Barcelona, in what would be considered a more residential area but still within easy access of all areas of interest, like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, and nearest of all, Paseo de Gracia and El Borne. Not far from the apartment are Plaza de Tetuan and the imposing modernist Arc de Triomf with its unusual Islamic-style brickwork. The apartment offers a quiet reprive from the bustling and very busy Las Ramblas but is close enough for guests to walk the ten to 15 minutes to where the action is. There is a superb food and produce market called La Boqueria just off La Rambla and in the opposite direction a block away .

The Rosa I apartment has been renovated and modernized while carefully conserving the original charm of its 1900's architecture.
This 1st floor apartment is perfect for four persons and caters to their every need. The master bedroom has a double bed and received plenty of natural light through the french windows.
The living/dining area of the apartment encompasses the comfortable dining area suitable for four persons. It is here that sunlight pours into the apartment creating a lovely relaxed ambience. Just off of the main living room there is a second area which is seperate but not private, where the 3rd and 4th guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed provided. From this area the guest can access the wonderful terrace, for the private use of the guest, and enjoy many a day/evening basking in the wonderful weather that Barcelona is so lucky to enjoy for most of the year. The terrace has patio furniture to ensure the guests really get to enjoy the wonderful "quesos", "salchicon", "jamon" and wonderful spansh "vinos y cavas". As can be seen from the photos above, the Rosa I has plenty of natural light, making it a very attractive and alegre apartment for your visit to Barcelona.
The bathroom is fresh and modern and comes with shower only, sink, toilet, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washing machine and all the comforts of home. Bed linens, bathroom paper and clean towels are all provided.
