This wonderful studio apartment is centrally located in the heart of Barcelona city. With La Rambla and Plaza Cataluña as neighbours you will find it easy to plan out your daily jaunts around Barcelona city from this conveniently located apartment.

The Flamenca I apartment is in the area that surrounds La Rambla, so it is considered to be in one of the classic old quarters of Barcleona and of particular interest for its rich heritage of Gothic and Modernist architecture. This area is full of artistic creativity... and during the day as well as the night, it would be considered a lively neighbourhood, full of atmosphere... This area offers a great variety of cultural, leisure and gastronomic possibilities with its museums (MACBA), art galleries (Contemporary Art), cultural centres, theatres, bookshops, speacilist food, wine and craft shops, cafes, music bars and many superb restaurants...
It would be a pity to miss out on visiting this area during your stay in Barcelona....
The apartment:
The Flamenca I apartment is located on the fourth floor, this building does not have an elevator, and has a sister studio apartment in the building called the Flamenca II apartment, they are beside each other. Both of these great apartments, each have a private terrace, for the sole use of the guests in each apartment.. a true luxury in the heart of Barcelona.. The terraces made of lovely teka wood have shaded areas and are adorned with bamboo plants, the guest will be able to enjoy and relax at any time of day al fresco... undoubtedly a truly wonderful feature of these apartments...
This studio apartment is a wonderful choice for your visit to Barcelona. As well as being centrally located, it is a gorgeous, warm and very welcoming choice for your accommodation.
The bedroom area of this lovely studio is off to one side of the apartment. Here the guests will find a double bed and wardrobe space for their belongings. The Flamenca is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child or three people but can sleep up to four as there is a comfortable double sofa bed where the 3rd and 4th guests can sleep.
This area is very colourful with one of the walls painted a dark, vivid red which gives a great feeling of warmth to the apartment. Here the guest can relax and avail of the use of the DVD, TV, HI-FI or if you have your laptop with you, you can use the ADSL (high speed internet connection) to send your "wish you were here ...." emails to friends and family. The Flamenca I apartment has air conditioning and heat to ensure the guests comfort throughout the year....
The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or some snacks....
The bathroom is new and modern in look also; it has lovely mosaic tile and comes with a shower unit. There are fresh towels ready for use upon arrival....
