This lovely two bedroom apartment is located near the business area of Barcelona, not far from Montjuic and with many connections to downtown Barcelona from Sants train/metro station and Plaça del Centre metro station. It is a great choice for your visit to Barcelona!

The Comptes III apartment is situated next to Sants train station and not far from Montjuic, Camp Nou and the large shopping centre D'Illa with all kinds of shops available to the guest visiting Barcelona.
Close to the apartment is the business area of Barcelona, found between the shopping and the university area of the Avenida Diagonal. The shopping starts with the D'Illa shopping centre and continues down the grand avenue Diagonal to the very top of Paseo de Gracia.
From the apartment you have two possibilities to get into the city cente: either the Sants train/metro station (green and blue metro line) or the Plaça del Centre metro station (green line). Either choice will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, El Borne and so on.
The apartment:
The Comptes III apartment is a lovely two bedroom apartment with a warm and welcoming look. The guest will immediately feel at home here. It has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, away from the crowds and noice common in the old part of town. The apartment itself is 100m2 and has also got a large, 200m2, terrace! On this wonderful terrace the guest can enjoy the warm evenings common in Barcelona with a glass of wine or cava... There is garden furniture on the terrace to ensure the comfort of the guests staying in the apartment.
The apartment itself comprises of a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe space for the guest's belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds and more wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have been kept simple and elegant in their decór.
The living area is spacious, with a sofa bed for the use of the 5th and the 6th guest staying at the apartment. In this relaxing room, guests can relax and enjoy TV or watch a movie on the DVD, or simply listen to some music before heading out to one of the many great restaurants in Barcelona. The apartment is also equipped with ADSL, air conditioning and heating, so the guest can be totally comfortable!
The kitchen is very welcoming, equipped with all the basics such as pots, pans, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer,etc. Here you will also find a large dining table along with six chairs to ensure that all guests can enjoy a meal in the apartment.
The bathroom is clean and fresh looking and comes with a shower unit, toilet and sink. Bath towels and paper are provided for your use upon arrival.
