Situated on Paseo de Colon, with views of the Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy El Borne, which is full of great cafés, bars and restaurants. The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are also plenty of cafes and bars. From the apartment guests can look upon a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.

This superb apartment was completely refurbished in 2004 and with its 60m2 it is a very spacious one bedroom apartment that can easily rival the five star hotels of Barcelona for quality, high standard, location and price.
The building itself has been superbly remodelled and styled, using only the best fittings and furnishings, assuring a great apartment and ideal choice for your visit to Barcelona. The apartment is one of two, (the other is Cervantes I) that are side by side, both of which can be rented separately, or together, by a group of between four, six and eight.
The building features security card access, and this wonderfully decorated apartment has a clean, modern and tasteful look, starting in the dining/living room area, where the guest is welcome to sit back and relax and enjoy some quiet time. The comfortable sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for the 3rd and 4th guests. The apartment has a large and spacious double bedroom with an American kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes with space for all the guest's belongings.
The apartment comes with AC/heat which can be accessed by remote control.
The bathroom is as stylish and elegant in style as the rest of the apartment. It comes with a fantastic power shower that has mosaic tiles and the look of the whole bathroom is understated elegance. The bathroom comes with fresh towels ready for your use upon arrival.
The corridor of the apartment, which boasts colourful modern canvases, leads to the living/dining room and the state of the art kitchen, which also has a breakfast bar of solid grey stone.
