I am so very disappointed!! I checked the web page of the hotel before booking and looked so beautiful, but what a major disappointment when we arrived! We stayed in a room on the 9th floor, so different from the ones they show in their video! The room looks old and ugly, the bathroom too, plus you feel it's not clean at all! Had to disinfect the bathroom in order to use it. On their web page says there is iron service in the public areas, but when i asked to iron something, they said there is no iron in the hotel. Water in the bathroom cannot regulate, it's once too hot then too cold, then too hot and so on. You have to be very careful when having a bath there! I have the pictures from the room we were staying in, unfortunately I couldn't take pictures of the water switching from too hot to too cold by itself! I strongly advise that you avoid booking in this hotel! Honestly I was looking forward to leaving from that room :(((
