In Spain, the arriving of the Magic Kings is the most important celebration of Christmas time. It's the time of presents, dinners and happiness.
In order to receive the presents, children have to give a letter with a list of their wishes and presents they want to the magic king they prefer. These, they pass through a parade offering sweets, music and joy! In catalan they call it the "cabalgata dels reis mags"
The parade takes place the 5th over a route of almost 5km through the city. The Magic Kings will arrive from the sea in a boat at 5pm!!
