Icho uses Mediterranean products to prepare them in a Japanese way.
Tan is the name of the master of this authentic and excelent Japanese food. He comes from the strict Samurai culture and this is reflected in the precision of the dishes.
At only 18 years old he was already a master of sushi.
You can either sit in a table or go to the bar, where you can savour some recipes in a "tapas" way.
The decoration is also an important point for Icho, minimal and elegant, with weak and relaxing light and a lot of wood (the Zen maximum component).
Now, on Tuesdays they serve a menu 2x1!
